Grinding meat tips
Cut the meat into relatively small pieces, about 1 inch or so. If you want to add fat or other types of meat cut those in even smaller pieces like a fourth of the meat that serves as the main ingredient.
Take a cutting board and spread your primary meat out over the work surface. If you have a second type of meat or fat you can now distribute it evenly with the rest of the meat. Spice the meat to your likings, turn it over and spice the other side as well.
Try to mix everything together with your hands so it becomes sort of a whole again and put it into a freezer till it reaches the point where it is very cold but not frozen. This will make the grinding way easier and gives way better results than grinding at higher temperatures.
Grind the meat according to the manufacturers instructions that can be found in the instruction book. As a general rule though: Always use the pushing stick that came with your grinder and never your fingers to push the meat down into the grinder,..!!
